When you register interest, apply for membership or use the portal, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, country, the details you share in your application, any profile information you add, and records of your activity in the portal. Membership is free — we do not collect or store any payment information.

We use your information to: review your application; create and manage your account and membership; send you service and account emails (such as application, approval and access notifications); operate and improve the portal; and respond to your enquiries.

We process your data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you (to provide the membership and portal); our legitimate interests (to run and secure the service); your consent (where required, for example certain communications); and compliance with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the platform, acting as our processors: Supabase (secure database and authentication), Brevo (transactional email) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes your data under its own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate the portal securely. These are necessary for the service to function.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
