We may pause, suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or where required to protect the platform or its members. You may stop using the service at any time, and can ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Riches is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or portal. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
